Spotting something cool

You see something that someone else has, is wearing or is eating...and you think, "that's so cool, I wonder where that person got it from". When this happens to me, I always think to myself in hindsight that I should have just asked that person right there and then where they got it from. But being the wallflower that I am, I never think to, or can't strike up enough courage in myself to just openly engage in a conversation with a stranger. After all, we're all taught in school about "stranger danger" and not to talk to random people on the street. I guess at adult age, I have no reason to be shy, but regardless, I am often still stuck for words when I see something that someone else has that I find really cool. I guess I just have to learn to say "hello, that's really cool, where's it from?". Otherwise, just look, admire, move on and think to oneself "if its meant to be, it will come..." :)
